BURT-in-a-Box

Before contacting us for a web demo, please take a moment to ensure that you can meet these requirements:

bulletYour client machine must be running Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or above (6 is recommended.)
bulletYour client machine must be able to use a screen resolution of 1024x768 or above.
bulletIf you wish to connect to our demo server via your high-speed internet connection, your firewall must be configured to allow incoming and outgoing traffic on TCP port 1494 and on all ports numbered 1600 and above.  Your firewall may be configured to allow only traffic originating from our demo server; please contact us for details.
bulletAs an alternative to opening up your firewall, you may use a dial-up internet connection.  Performance will be only slightly hampered.

If you believe that you meet these minimum requirements, please contact us well in advance of the date you would like to have your demo, so that we can test connectivity and help you iron out any problems.
