Requesting Support

Please follow the following procedures when requesting support.

 

Urgent Support

 

  1. Click here to prepare an Urgent Support Request (USR) which will send an e-mail to the BRC and after-hours on-call representative.

 

  1. Contact the Burt Mountain Response Center at 303.670.7731.

 

Non-emergent Support

 
  1. Click here to prepare a Software Maintenance User Request Form (SMURF).
 
  1. Contact the Burt Mountain Response Center at 303.670.7731.
 
  1. We do not provide non-emergent after-hours support.

 

For 2008, we will be observing holiday routine on the following dates.  On these dates, please follow after-hours support protocol.
