The Burt User's Group, BUG, actively promotes dialog within the Burt user community and meets annually to discuss issues relating to packaging, distribution, and the technologies used to administer these challenging tasks.

BUG 2008 Hits Windshield of Economic Reality

Despite the best efforts of Dana Reed, all involved at The Seattle Times, and the Burt User Group advisory board, BUG 2008 has been postponed.  With most users citing the economic turndown and slashed (or eliminated) travel budgets, conference participation was down significantly.

The Seattle Times is planning to host BUG 2009.  Please start making your plans to attend next year.

Thanks to The Seattle Times in trying to make a go of BUG 2008, and agreeing to host in 2009!
