Colorado

Allison attempts to meet some of the local residents, but unfortunately finds no one at home. West portal of the Eisenhower tunnel.

Four Corners

Allison visited the Four Corners on Thursday, June 12.

Allison's first foray into Utah was at the Four Corners. Allison strategically places herself at the epicenter of the Four Corners. Allison  showed interest in photography for the very first time while at the Four Corners Monument, where she captured this image.

Glenwood Canyon

A true engineering marvel.

Arizona

"Are we there yet?"

Hoover Dam

Nevada

Welcome.

Las Vegas

The skyline of Las Vegas!

Las Vegas Hilton

The Las Vegas Hilton and "The Strip" beyond. We're checked in, so the next logical stop after the front desk is the pool. "Come on!  Let's go!" ...and don't forget the sunscreen.

Benihana

Gerber didn't make strained pineapple as good as this, that's for sure. Allison becomes acquainted with what she now considers alternate eating utensils.

Bellagio

The "Fountains of Bellagio" were quite the sight.
The view to the place across the street named for some city in France, we think.

Circus Circus

Allison dressed to hit the town... ...and play the "quarter machines" at Circus Circus.

Utah

Grand Canyon

Allison first encountered the Grand Canyon through the East entrance.

El Tovar

Allison arrives at the El Tovar. You won't find Allison running up and down the hallways of your next hotel.
All checked in, Allison checks the view. Okay - the canyon is this deep... ...and this wide. Allison pauses for a refreshment on the El Tovar patio.

Bryce Canyon

Allison arrives at the Bryce Canyon Lodge. Allison poses with the canyon. The Bryce Canyon Lodge. The "other" canyon.
